Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied or if the fit isn’t right, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund. Please note that return shipping and any associated fees are your responsibility.

To qualify for a refund: The itemns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached within 10 working days (within South Africa) or 20 working days (international orders) from the date you received your parcel.

To log a return email us at hello@redialle.co.za or log into your customer account and use the returns portal to submit your request.

Once your item is received in good condition and within the specified time frame, we will process your refund.

We encourage mindful purchasing to help reduce unnecessary returns.

Please note: Returns are not accepted on SALE or MADE TO ORDER items.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different item, you may exchange your purchase or request a voucher within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange conditions: The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all tags attached.
To log an exchange email hello@redialle.co.za or log into your account and submit a request via the returns portal.

Due to our few-of-a-kind approach, we may not have the same item in stock. If unavailable, you’re welcome to choose another item or receive a gift voucher of equal value.
