Orders
How do I order online?
- Find the product you love and choose a size and click on 'add to cart' or on 'buy it now' to head straight to the cart.
- If you are not redirected to your cart immediately, click on the cart icon in the top right hand corner.
- Select check out and enter your details.
- Choose between delivery or in-store pick up.
- Select 'continue to shipping' and 'continue to payment'.
- Select your preferred payment method. You will then be redirected to the payment gateway.
- Once you have completed the payment, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email.
How long does delivery take?
Orders to main urban areas are shipped via courier and typically arrive within 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability.
Orders to rural areas are delivered through a combination of courier services and may take 5–12 working days, depending on location and product availability.
International delivery takes x
Can I monitor my order status?
You can track shipment of your Products by clicking on the "Tracking" link in the Shipping Confirmation email and/or head to order status and enter your email address.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally with DHL International. Link to page
What is the exchange/return policy?
You can exchange your purchase for another item or voucher within 30 days of delivery.
You may request a return within 10 working days (for national orders) or 20 working days (for international orders) from the date you receive your package.
How does the return/exchange process work?
- Log in to your account
- In the "email" field, enter your email address, and then click "continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "request return".
Our team will be in contact regarding the return/exchange. Returns and exchange costs are covered by the customer.

How long does a refund take?
It may take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account if done via EFT, and longer if done via Payfast.
Can I order in store or try on your designs?
While we don’t have a flagship store just yet, you can find us at Convoy in Johannesburg, as well as at pop-up shops and markets throughout the year.

Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges on made to order items.
